YOGA YOUNG MOM (with or without the baby) is dedicated to the mother so that she can do the following exercices:
- understaning DIASTASIS, measuring it and managing it on a daily basis
- strengthening the perineum (Gasquet exercices)
- FIT ("Fausse Inspiration Thoracique") or "Stomach vacuum"
- back relief
- relaxation
Yoga mat is not necessary as the studio is well equipped.

During this time, the baby stays next to the mom. I'll look after him/her if necessary.
The ideal moment is as soon as possible for a good recovery in case of vaginal delivery or after complete healing (in case of caesarean section).
