The Rebozo treatment is a traditional feminine treatment from Mexico that is beginning to be practiced more and more in France. This deep relaxation technique has numerous benefits for pregnant women. Rebozo is a scarf with a very special weave, originally from Mexico.
Rebozo during pregnancy gently mobilizes and harmonizes muscular tissues, ligaments and fascias (abdominal wall, pelvic floor, chest). It gives pregnant women a sense of security and protection. It's a natural analgesic. It supports the abdominal wall and uterus. It facilitates the baby's descent into the pelvis and helps the baby to position itself correctly. It has a relaxing and mobilizing effect. Treatment begins with rocking of the head, shoulders, pelvis, legs and arms, followed by gentle stretching (neck, trapezius).
