Postnatal sessions are individual (mother without/with baby).
For private-home lessons there are 2 possibilities to be reimbursed (50% en credit d'impôt next year) or by Avance immédiate (direct payement 50%).
Course based on the principles of the De Gasquet method – offered in a wellness and yoga setting, with no medical purpose.
It is accessible to all mothers from:
- 3th week (vaginal delivery)
- complete healing(Caesarean delivery)
Over the course of five sessions, you’ll explore gentle practices to:
- reactivate breathing and posture,
- strengthen the abdominal area and pelvic floor safely,
- regain tone and comfort while respecting your body’s natural rhythm.
This work can be done alongside medical pelvic-floor rehabilitation, helping prepare the body for a gradual and confident return to physical activity.
Please wear light, comfortable clothing (avoid jeans) and bring a small blanket or muslin for your baby.
